David Miller, LUTCF moved to Lubbock in the summer of 1980 to attend Texas Tech University. He is the Past President of the South Plains Trust and Estate Council (2007-2008) and the Lubbock Area Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (1999-2000).
In 2003, with the help of several key people, he developed RFS Financial Services of which he is now the President and Managing Director. Since then Dave has worked to provide an environment designed to help the associates of RFS Financial Services grow professionally, personally, and financially so that they can better serve their clients.
The driving force in his life continues to be his wife, Sandy and their children, Trevor, Kristin and Carson.
